Seaside Stash Knits
Here are some ideas for Summer Stashbusting:
From L to R --
1. Stashbuster Kid's Poncho Beach Cover-up - 2 balls of Sugar and Cream, using a simple openwork (YO, K2tog) pattern. This is a long-ago knit project, so sorry that I do not have more specifics, and you can clearly see where I misaligned the stitches. I was a new knitter; give me a break!
2. Stashbuster Fixation Schmatte -- with that last little bit of Fixation left over after knitting kid socks and baby socks, I knit this little kerchief, which is a triangle with an applied-i-cord for the tie.
3. Stashbuster Beach Tote -- one ball of Sugar and Cream with the teeniest bit of a second ball to bind off the handles. Pattern here. Super stretchy and fits all the essentials.
Have a good week, y'all!

great ideas, especially the tote. But I don't have any sugar and cream yarn! And since I vowed not to buy any yarn, I'll have to go stash diving to see if anything else will do. I could use a tote like that.
Certainly any cotton, linen or hemp yarn would do just fine.
Love the tote. Might just have to do that one! I have some cotton in my stash. Thanks for the ideas.
Nice pic! Hope lots of seaside fun was included. I have to day ... I still love the kid's poncho. Might make another since ours was a favorite here.
You did a great job knitting my tote! It's beautiful in that Sugar & Cream yarn, love those colors. Hope you continue to have a lot of fun knitting this summer!
