Thus, I am beginning a Self-Imposed Yarn Purchase Moratorium. I joined StashAlong and Summer of Stash. I will be strong, I will, I know I will. [sigh]
My goal:
Starting yesterday and for the next three months, until September 4th, I am to decrease substantially my stash. I plan to knit at least four pairs of socks and at least 2 sweaters, maybe start a third. Please my blog for further details, in the next few days.

My exception:
Option 1 of the StashAlong KAL - "Option 1: If you choose to Stashalong for 2 months or more, you can allow yourself ONE(1) day off per month for stash enhancement. The days off are not cumulative--use 'em or lose 'em."

I am so jealous of your reward! I will be in VT for a week in August (yea! no August VA heat!), but sadly not in September when I could do some real damage ...
Your reward is very good -- as is your exception - well thought out indeed! I wish I had thought of your exception (although too late now) because another knitter started talking about Raspy and now I WANT TO KNIT IT.
This is always happening to me.
