Take the edge off...

I like gadgets:
I was blog-surfing from this page and on (sorry, can't remember) someone's blog I saw a tickerfactory.com ticker saying "xx number of days since I last bought yarn". I thought it was great so I've copied you. :) I "posted" it on Labour Day, so it's going to be there at the top every time I look at my blog until then, which will help. It's nice to have a visual thing.
Once I've got all my stash with me (visiting parents next week, and bringing it all back), I think I'm going to take a page out of Lolly's blog, and see how many miles of yarn I have. Well, as I'm Canadian I will actually be tallying in kilometres, but you get the idea. So then Total Stash KMs as of May 22 will be there, and Stash KMs as of now will be up there.
Can you tell I like charts and gadgets and seeing the progress coming stitch by tiny stitch? I actually switched to blogger from modblog just so I could have progress bars for projects in my sidebar. That and the two-month picture outage modblog had. But I'm over that now.
