uh oh, I need an exception
I had listed my only exception was to purchase yarn to finish a project in process. I thouhgt I would be good with that...until I got the notice from my LYS. They have an incentive program where you get a percentage off based on how much you spend during a certain period. I got a coupon for 20% off...how can I pass that up. I have until Aug 5 to use the coupon, so I am plotting just what project I need yarn for. It may be picovoli from Grumperina. I want to make that but my stash is made up 99% of wool.

I"ll give you an exception...if you will give me one! We both had the same one listed (to only purchase to finish) but I think we should have listed at least one crazy purchase!
